Based in London, we operate a nationwide service 24hrs a day, 7 days a week. Our service is completely bespoke ensuring the individual needs of the Commissioner and Service User are met.

• Transport of high risk absconders and Young People who self harm

• Transport of Young People displaying violent/aggressive behaviour

• Hospital, dental and other appointments

• Supervised contact visits and School runs

• Placement transfers

 

General escorting duties are carried out in sedan/estate type vehicles however people carriers are also used and may be available on request.

 

All vehicles used to transport young people carry a first aid kit, fire extinguisher, blankets, pillows, spare unisex clothing, games and magazines suitable for young people. Children's car seats are also available on request.

 

We are able to provide a driver only or a driver and any number of escorts (please note that a driver plus 2 escorts are required when transporting to or from a secure unit or if the client is high risk). We also provide multi-gender and multi-racial teams.

 

Refreshments are always available for the young person and meals may be provided on longer journeys or where transport is provided over a meal time period. Please note that special dietary requirements must be provided by the service user at the time of the booking.
