Complaints and Compliments

Complaints and compliments may be sent by email to admin-pss@btconnect.com or by telephone.

For complaints made by post, please mark Private and Confidential for the attention of the Senior Manager.

It is our policy to respond to all queries within 48hrs of receipt, however where these need to be investigated, we will endeavour to respond within 7 working days. Should this be the case, confirmation of receipt of the complaint will be provided within 48hrs.

Special Requirements

The service user may be required to send written confirmation of their booking stating any special requirements.
